I am looking to create a website that is based on pligg or wordpress open source platform. The site will have similar functionality than [login to view URL], reddit.com. But it needs to be tailored to the arab audience. I need to have a simple, yet clean looking design, but have few specific functionalities. Pligg and Wordpress both have many add-ons that will be potentially included. So the work will be mainly customizing their templates. Requires expertise in CSS and PHP. Logo designing is definitely a plus. The site will be mainly in Arabic, but people could post articles or comments in either English or Arabic. Date to deliver website by is October 1st.
