C#/Silverlight/ConsoleApp/SQLServer Integration

This project will build a combination of three Visual Studio projects: - a Silverlight web application with user interface elements that are bound to data in SQL Server Express - a C# Console application that updates SQL Server Express data and executes stored procedures using timers - a C# Data Project that reads/updates SQL Server Express data and reads/writes XML data using a published spec. ## Deliverables Other requirements: - All source code must be provided. - It is expected that all files will work with Visual Studio. - If you have a preferred format for documenting requirements, I am open to using it. If not, I have a standard format. - At your option, you can do the development in your environment. The production environment for this application will be Windows Server 2008 running under Hyper-V. The database will be SQL Server 2008 Express.
