Data Extraction and Converted to Speech

I need programs that can gather Live data from [login to view URL] .com and convert it into speech from Windows SAPI 5 and Cepstral Voices. I need a way of running the speech by the day and should start speaking as soon as they are opened. Full Descriptions should for today, tonight and tomorrow. Days after tomorrow should be short. Files need to be saved separately in the headings in the double speech marks below with the extensions either .exe or .Bat you choose but this is to be run in Vista. I should not be prompted to run the programs by vistas’ security UAC. ## Deliverables Each exe/bat should be a Single File thats start the speech from when they are opened.
