Coding/parsing/poker

I am looking for someone that can map out a project and implement it. Have a look : There are different ways to accomplish what I want done. Currently I have data in .txt files and a data in a PostgresSql database. I need someone who can go though the data (your choice to use the database or the .txt files) and parse out and analyze the data a little further. Attached is a document that explains what I want the program to do. Once the program “does its thing?? and stores the new data, I will need the program to auto-upload (to my website) some of the data so that it can be retrievable through the following method : - a web page you need to build that queries some of the data by way of input boxes and drop down menus. The queried results should be displayed on the same page in a clean looking design. * This might clear things up a bit : The data in its raw format comes from online Texas holdem poker hand histories in .txt format. The .txt files are parsed out by a program I have installed on my computer called PokerTracker. This software parses these files into a PostgresSql database. I want a few things tracked that this program does not track. I also want the new data uploaded seamlessly to my website so that someone can type in their poker handle name and retrieve some of the data associated with their hands played out. * If you think you can do the job easier by working with the .txt files instead of the PostgresSql database, then it's fine with me. *Sample raw .txt files attached. ## Deliverables Here is some of the same information but with a bit more detail : I am looking for a project leader that can map out a project and implement it. A good understanding of the game of poker (preferably Texas hold'em) is a must. The coding will need to be extremely well commented due to my very limited coding knowledge (I need to follow the flow and make sense out of it in layman's terms). In fact, I will eventually go that route and have my own complete parser so that I don't have to rely on other commercial software. I will upload also some sample .txt files so you can make that determination.
