CMS Script

I recently purchased this site, [login to view URL] which has a lot of promise. The old owners had a server where they kept their uploads, but that will be going away in 60 days. What I need is A simple CMS script where I can have all of the videos moved to. It must have a members/secure directory as you will have to pay for a membership to get to them. It would be helpful if the script worked like this. When new videos are posted, they are available for X amount of days, and then are auto achieved into the member section. This does not have to be a custom script! Something simple will do. It must allow for paypal or verotel API. I prefer that the updating of videos to the CMS script be done by FTP. Not a web based interface. I will accept a solution where you can type in information, preview pic, in a web based (which forms a dir), but upload the videos to that dir are done by FTP. I do NOT want a web based application where you type in the information, and upload through that script. I would also prefer that the CMS (if possible) have the option for multiple log ins. For example, I am the site owner, but I will have moderators doing the bulk of the uploads.
