Billiing Database

A database to manage the billing of clients and funds (PowerPoint illustration attached). Invoices will be generated by the application of business rules to data entered e.g. the costs of items from supplied tables. Please note that the cost of items will be dependent on two factors, the item number and the fund the client is partnered with. Data entry is facilitated with dropdown lists that are able to be edited on the fly. A time calculation is required i.e. HH:MM between two times (including two times spanning midnight). Example of mock reports are supplied ??" one for a client and another for the business. Invoices and reports are to be displayed on screen and printed suitable for mailing. Future developments include data import suitable for client data entry (including PDA) e.g. ASCI delimited data. I will supply a complete specification following expressions of interest. MS Access or similar is preferred. IMPORTANT: I require a full-time coder to ensure that the job is completed on time ??" a document describing my expectations is attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP MS Access (open to alternatives)
