A 5-7 page website (Nothing Complex) for a Hip Hop Artist

I'm working with a client Hip Hop Artist that needs a 5-7 page website (Nothing Complex) so the price needs to reasonable and its a time sensitive project that needs to be completed within a matters of days. I will provide more details to interested parties via PM's. Any interested web designer will need to have a secure line of communication in which they can be reached on a consistent basis whether it be Cell Phone/Email/Skpe/IM/Text ect.... I'm based in the USA and would prefer to communicate via cell phone but that's not a must just a preference. A mockup would also be a plus (or a portfolio ONLY! with sample related to my project post)
