comparison website

I am looking for a web programmer and designer to make me a comparison website for motor parts. This website will be UK based and will allow users to first enter details of their vehicle either by selecting make and model or simply by entering their registration number. Once appropriate vehicle has been selected, users can then enter their required parts. The website will then search all suppliers database to provide parts at cheapest price. The website will have the functionality as carparts4less.co.uk. However the latter is a one company website, where as the comparison website will search other motor parts company database. I am not too sure how it would work, whether it can automatically search other websites for cheapest price or would parts suppliers have to manually have to register as a subscriber and update prices for my website. I am open to all suggestion. In relation to the number plate search to identify the right vehicle i.e make and model, there is a company called [login to view URL] that provide such services. I'll make necessary contact for more enquiries. In the meantime, i would like users to be able to search by selecting make and model. Eventually once, i have signed up with [login to view URL], i would like the search by 'car registration number' to be implemented. Again, i am no expert of comparison and i do not know how they work and what would be the best option for me, therefore i am open to any suggestions and advice from you. Escrow payment.
