PHP Help !!! script and design

I need someone to fix some errors that I am getting on two of my site. They are very simple quick fixes. The first site is [login to view URL] (I think you will need to reload the database) and the second one is [login to view URL] I need some design work on the layout for [login to view URL] that would make it look better. I also need a page template designed for the comment page and the premade layouts. If you have any scripts that already do the task of generation comments and laouts, you can also incoporate them to save time. Wwhen I bought the script, they did not provide to me login for admin so you must know how to overcome that problem, know where to find the logins or a way to bypass them temporarily until you get in admin and set them. I have a word document detailing how I want the new layout and design. I need someone to start immediately. Budget is $100
