Hi. I am looking for an Tracking Application containing Web Platform as well as Smartphone Apps (iOS and Andoird). We have our own Tracker device and need to have a software platform. Application major features are followings: - Extensive GUI - Web Map (Google, Open Layer and Bing) based Tracking - Device setting configuration over TCP/IP and SMS GW and Bluetooth - Geofence (Circle,Polygon, Rectangle and Shape) Alert and Reverse Geocode - All other tracking features need to be present. For example, have a look on OpenGTS Project. For Web development need to be based on PHP, JavaScript and MySQL and Apps using Native platform. Please share your portfolio picture during BID.
