An Ebay for boarding schools

This website will be the ebay for boarding schools. A prototype has been made and has been in use at my school. I created a year ago. Yet, the lead web developer, who is a student at my school, decided that he won't further work on the website because he is busy with school work. So I need to REWORK now. What I need are: A new website (better, I've attached some pictures of the one I have now) Capability of the web developer to be in contact with me Preferably fluent in English and can set up a website in an independent domain (which I'll pay for) Capability to change the appearance of the website well As mentioned above the first step is to sort of "replicate" the old one that I have right now and improve and enhance it. This project might go a bit longer than usual, so a freelancer here might be more than a freelancer such as a potential business partner. Thank you for reading
