Dare Strangers

I need a very simple website. The home page should show a navigation bar in the top - a video and 3 different profiles pictures. Each profile should link to a separate profile page. On this profile I would like to have a profile picture and list of dare's (Challenges). The visitor of the webpage should then be able to donate X amount of money to a given challenge through mobile pay - So when a given challenge reach a specific amount of money the person on the page will do the dare (challenge). I would like each dare (challenge) to have a progress bar so the visitor can see how close the goal is. I would like to be able to edit profiles and dare list and the amount of money that should be donated in order for the dare to be progressed. The navigation bar should contain: Home, Profile (Drop down bar with link to each profile), Videos, Sign Up The Sign Up link should open a formula where the visitor can type in his/her information. I made some rough sketches of how i think it should look like.
