Customisation of my website

My site [login to view URL] needs customisation, i am uploading pictures of changes. additionally i need payment integration (paypal and 2checkout) in it. will send u completed projects and upcomming projects when u being selected and should be properly linked to payment ( each project has seperate funding requirement) like that bar when some body deposits then the bar should reflect the funding status.. i dont like delays or renegotiations. carefully study the pictures and then bid accordingly.
