Custom website with Last.fm, Pandora API

I am looking for a developer or a group of developers willing to program and design a website using PHP or ASP and using a MySQL database. CSS is preferred and you may use flash if you'd like. A breakdown of the websites features: Intro: This website will allow users to track upcoming albums and concerts for their favorite bands. They will have the ability to add bands manually, upload them from [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] using their developer API. Users will also have the ability to purchase albums from the website using [login to view URL], iTunes, Napster (if possible) and any other website if possible using their affiliation programs. Needs: -A beautiful layout using awe-inspired AJAX with a clean interface (like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]). I prefer a light blue or red with white color scheme. You may use flash if you'd like too. -Ability to have users with usernames. This will include names, profile pictures, basic information, a list of their websites, their location (necessary), contact (email, aim, msn, etc). -RSS feeds (like add to google, yahoo, netvibes or feedburner). This will notify users when an upcoming album is announced or a concert in their area is announced via RSS feeds -Provide users the ability to receive notifications via e-mail and specify how many days ahead -iCal and google calendar (etc) integration so users can post events to their favorite calendar -A front page containing information of upcoming concerts and albums in the next 30 days (or a user-specified amount of days or items). -The ability to "ban" updates from a specific band (like if they don't want any updates from a specific band) -Affiliation set up with [login to view URL], iTunes and other download/purchase providers to purchase albums. This will help provide income -Use [login to view URL] API and other ticket-providing websites to show upcoming concerts -Ability to add favorite artists from [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (using their API if you need it) -Ability to manually add favorite artists -Ability for users to tag (like [login to view URL]) on other user profiles or send each other messages with the ability for the user to delete the sent message or report abuse from another user -Users can set their profiles to private so no one can see their information (other than favorite bands) -A members page for each user that will display their information (including contact, if they allow it) and display their favorite artists. -A forum installed that connects users to each other with multiple topics (I prefer phpBB, but if you have another choice feel free to let me know) -An advertisement program installed for advertisers. Advertisers can purchase a week of advertising (or define how many weeks). Allow the ability for me to easily change the cost. -A ticketing system for customer support. Notification of a ticket created would be sent to a specified e-mail address with a link to the ticket. -A small administrator back-end would be great. This would include the ability to see any tickets and respond to them. The back-end would also allow me delete accounts, fix accounts, reset passwords, ban users, ban IP addresses or e-mail addresses, change cost of advertisement spots, and anything else you may find useful.
