Custom project database website

We are looking to create a new section to a website, which basically will allow us to list investment projects in China. Users will need to register before being able to view and search projects from their account. There should be both free and VIP users, with VIP users having access to some of the features that free users would not have. A search function will be available for visitors to search through the projects (check [login to view URL] for a similar example). There will be an admin section where projects can be added by filling a certain number of fields: -Project title/name -Project keywords -Location/Province -Investment zone -Active/Closed -Industry -Project size -Request type (financing, loan, JV etc.) -Project description -Market analysis -Project owner, contact information (only available to VIP users) -and maybe other sections There should be the option to add, edit, and delete projects, add, edit and delete options from the admin section. When a project is added it needs to be accessible through its own url, and added to the list of recent projects on the main page of this section. On the project page, there should be a box to contact us in case of interest in the project. From an SEO standpoint, search engines should be able to crawl the projects, however some parts need to be available only to users who have logged in. Also for each project the title should appear as title tag of the project page, while I need the option to input meta keywords and meta description manually when adding the project.
