Our organization needs a custom online CRM (customer relationship management) database built.
It must be able to:
- store the contact information for thousands of contacts (about 140 fields for each contact)
- store the information for hundreds of neighborhood profiles (about 100 fields for each neighborhood)
- 'log in' with many different users who each have different log in names and a few different permissions
- search and advanced search functions
- export a specified list and the ability to choose which information is exported for each contact
- step-by-step information input when creating a new neighborhood profile
- a simple algorithm calculation to provide analysis based on numbers inputted into new neighborhood profile
- many other individual details and small functions
