Creative Archiving WordPress Site

Following are the development and design requirements for the project. We have attached a very rough wireframe of how we see the content structure working. Some sites that are doing something similar are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We would like simple user interface design similar to provided example sites. This should be built on the WordPress content management system platform. For ease of user management we will use our Google Apps accounts for users but there will be different levels of user accounts and by default everyone is a contributor. The most important thing about this (maybe after the design of it) is making it easy for everyone to upload new content, as if it is not simple it will not be used. We want to use our existing Google Apps accounts to authenticate for the site. ([login to view URL]) This site will not be accessible until after the user has logged in. There will need to be three levels of users which are the following: Admin - Can access everything in the site. Editor - Can edit content by anyone but can not admin key functions of the site (themes, plugins, users, etc). Can add/edit categories, tags and any other content related piece. Contributor - Can add posts to the site and view posts of others. Can not edit others content, only content they have ownership of. Can add tags but not categories. New Content Comments & simple thumbs up rating (no thumbs down) and this could possibly be added to a favorites. Easy upload of content that could be video based, simple JPGs (1 or a gallery of multiple items) and links to websites along with a short description. Display Creative should be displayed on the home page by most recently posted by default. If we can filter by most "thumbs up" that would be good as well. If a category is selected the content below should filter down. Search would be the same results, a gallery of creative below. Simplicity and being able to filter down to content is key here. There should be a secondary page that shows the creative in more detail along with the description and always a way to get back to the previous page results.
