Convert a Template to a Website

Hello, I require to tweak the following Magento website template [login to view URL] JOB ONE: On the home page: 1. There is one header bar (NEW PRODUCTS) above and two rows of properties on the home page whereas I would prefer four header bars and four rows of properties. ( SALES l LETTINGS l SHORT LETS l PROJECTS ) 2. There are three sections under the main header image whereas I would prefer the left be a video, the middle be for introduction text and the right for data capture. Further Details: The background of the three section might be plain white, like the video example on [login to view URL] The video would be the same height as it is and standard width. The data capture will be giving away a digital report, it will consist of a heading, description and image of the book report and data fields to the right. Data fields are: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email, Phone Number +, Get my FREE report now SUBMIT TAB and Privacy Policy link like on [login to view URL] JOB TWO: Second separate requirement is to load text content on pages as directed on an hourly basis. JOB THREE: I require an affordable solution vastly improve the image of about ten websites, eg [login to view URL] I would like to come to an arrangement where I would manage the content but where I would receive casual assistance locating appropriate templates and tweaking from time to time.
