Consultant needed to build Deals website.

Hi, We are looking to get a consultation in order to help us design, build a Deals website specifically tailored for our industry. Our company is a distributor of Information technology products and we want to be able to develop a deals site in which we list one deal per day in which the deal becomes active only once enough users take interest. Same concept as Groupon, Tuango, TeamBuy however tailored specifically for our industry. We would first like to consult with a company that has the experience in building this sort of platform and proceed from there. Please note that we are looking to experiment which means that we would like a scaled down version, simple, presentable site which will allow us to test market response. This is consulting only.
