Please read this Carefully before you bid! I am looking for someone to create a 'Concept Website' with all the features working. You will need to create a website where you can Rate Items. For example, if you go to [login to view URL] - you can see how each restaurant has a rating next to it. You will need to create the whole website, including development and designing but inspiration will be given to you along with the content. This is only a concept website so it will be maximum of 7 pages. I am looking for someone who can create a clean website. Please see attached for inspiration on what 'clean' means.
