Clone a website and create mods/add-ons for it.

1. I need a clone of [login to view URL] with exact features. Site also needs to be built with SEO in mind and to have the possibility to adjust the shipping location (s) for each product (admin, resellers and users can select/deselect shipping location(s)). 2. Please bid only if you: - Already developed a similar website before and you are comfortable with our terms (see "My Profile" > "Vision"). - Already reviewed the website, created your free account and tried to "open a free store" there ("Basic shops" and "Premium shop") to understand all functions of the site. Please do not ask useless questions without researching/trying the complete website yourself. - Accept the budget for the first step (3.a). Are in excellent project organization/communication. 3. My fixed budget for complete project is $1 500, of which: 3.a. $700 for the first step (explained in the paragraph 1 above). 3.b. $800 for mods/add-ons after having fully completed the first step. The aim of this budget section is to add accessory functions, to tailor the website to specific industries, to provide niche search engine personalized by user id., to reinforce our Marketplace, etc.. 3.c. Technological updatings. Besides of this fixed budget of $1 500, I also planned annual budgets for technological updatings of the site ($200 - $500 each year). These last budget sections (3.b, 3.c), spent in step by step, will be given prioritarily to the winner(s). To start, I will submit 30% in escrow (of the total value explained in 3.a), 30% will be escrowed at the time of code presentation on your server and for testing the site by my team. 40% will be escrowed for solving all possible issues, bugs, etc.. 100% of the budget for the first step ($700) will be released after the successful completion (entirely bug-free) of the project.
