Build a custom Forum/Theme IPB Software

I am in need of a custom IPB theme for a forum I am starting up. It needs to support tabbed sections. An example of a forum I really like is linked to below. Please post how much you would like to design a custom theme and code the first page. [login to view URL] The forum will be for various games types, but will start with only one game. Battlefield 4 What I expect of you: You will post examples of your web-design work. You will allow me multiple changes to the design before it is considered complete. You will NOT release this theme to anyone else. If you use it as an example of your work, you will only show a picture as to prevent ripping. Once finished, I have complete ownership of this theme to do with as I please. What I expect of the theme: It will be responsive. It will support tabbed sections. It will be post-modern/space themed. It will be 100% functional upon completion. I want to be able to recieve the file from you, and immediately upload it to my server.
