Add some functionalities to my launchpage

This is about [login to view URL] Add translation functionality between 2 or 3 languages. Loading in textfile with all the words translated. This also has to counts for the email that is going to be sent when the user registers. Add the working settings icon (see attachment file afbeelding [login to view URL]) Add info text at the bottom (see attachment file afbeelding [login to view URL]) Ad functionality to change from background with arrows left and right like [login to view URL] Also see the apple dot [login to view URL] attachment. And add the dots below to indicate how many backgrounds there are, like on [login to view URL] or like in iOS when going left or right. You need to be very good with HTML en CSS(3) Only bids below 100$ I will accept.
