I have a website already built at www.iHorror.com. What I need is a static advertising banner that can be added to the top of where the article posts appear. It should be centered over the blog post pictures. I would like some sort of plugin to where I can simply upload a picture and it will automatically place the image in that banner section. I need to be able to easily change the banner images every week. This wordpress theme is responsive - so I would like the added banner to respond accordingly to the rest of the site when viewed on different screen sizes.
