Direct Marketin IM mailer

I am a marketer/bulk mailer..I am in need of an aim to aol spammer/imer..The coder would have to know the secure handshake through aol's winsock protocol...He would also need to know toc2 protocol for aim..The point of this program would be to sign on aim accounts, then sign on random aol accounts, collect from aol who's chatting, and send messages to those users with the aim account..The programmer must be aware of the aim filters put on aol and must have extensive knowledge o how to bypass them. I will pay $500+ for this..If you need more information don't hesitate to contact me, thank you for your time.. ## Deliverables I want to see the program at least half functioning if not fully functioning before I send payment..This is a very specific project and chances are 95% of the programmers have no idea what i am talkin about but im taking a chance anyways..I would like the program to collect and send succesfully, also bypassin aim filters on aol successfully, before i send payments.. ## Platform This should run on Windows ME and/or XP.
