Convert my small Delphi source code to VB6 source code.

Dear Coder, I have a tiny Delphi program I use to verify that all of the email addresses in my newsletter mailing list are valid and current. Basically it does a SMTP query. I need to translate this Delphi code into pure VB6 code. I have no budget on this as I am a student with very very little income and live in South Africa where the exchange rate further weakens what little money I have. I am in need of a more experienced programmer who knows both Delphi and VB6 and could help a beginner out. Consider this a friendly challenge.
