Convert ASP (vbscript) to VB dll

I am in need of a VB developer. I am in the process of upgrading a website's code. All existing code was programmed by my client's previous developer. One of the pieces of software used on the site was a custom component that was called to query and import specific data from CSV files into the database. I have the component, but no source code. I believe the component errors out when it tries to access a log file on a drive that does not exist on the new server. What I do have is an ASP vbscript page that does the same work as the DLL. It appears that the code for this ASP page was taken directly from the component's VB code and modified to run as ASP for testing purposes on the old site. With this code, I believe it should be a relatively simple task to re-create the DLL version. I need a VB developer to take the existing ASP vbscript code, make any necessary changes for VB, compile it as a component, and provide me with both the source code and final dll. Successful completion of this project could easily lead to future work from my company. As the developer may receive future work, priority will be given to individual developers with a command of both ASP/VB and other script technologies that I use frequently (ASP/Jscript, Javascript, T-SQL, WSH). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Platform: Windows 2000 Component accesses a MS SQL Server 2000 db, uses the FileSystemObject component and ASP email component by Persits.
