Construct Macro to send data from Solve360 to MS Word

I am searching for a programmer that can design and write a macro or simple program to merge data between Solve360, an internet based CRM program, and MS Word. The tech support team at Solve360 tells me that this should be an easy task for an experienced programmer using Visual Basic or PHP and interfacing with Solve360's API's. Please let me know what you would charge to create such a program.
