Chat Recorder Repost

I need a software that would run on the tray and record all chat conversations that happens on chat clients Yahoo!, MSN, AOL, AIM and ICQ. The application will record both side of conversation and keep a log of the chats client wise. When user open this apps he will be able to go through the recorded activities client wise. The application will record with whom the chat happened and entire chat communication (both side). This is possible by global sub-classing the edit box of the chat clients and reading their windows content. Bid only if you are serious. FYI, this program will run with the knowledge of the user.
