Automatic dailiy Email of new additions to text file

i need this written in VB 6. i have a data source, 4 or 5 text files in comma-delimited format, that gets new records added to it each day. as data is added, i need it emailed out to quite a few places, maybe 10 at the most. i see building a database with Access as the backend to build up the current "master" data in, then querying todays data against the master table that contains ALL the records and then emailing the unmatched or NEW records to up to 10 different email addresses. it needs a user interface with a place for 10 email addresses to be entered, a checkbox beside that to show if that particular email is active or not, another checkbox beside it to determine if all the information in the new records gets emailed or just a portion of the record (i will determine that for you). it needs a box by or under each email address for a subject line (could be different for each person but it will always be the same subject line). i want this to run in the background all the time and to load itself every time windows is rebooted so i don't have to "think" about it. i have attached a form for the email addresses. we will need to also develop a form to choose the files that we are using each day but that form will only be updated if something should change and can be written into an ini file to keep from opening this file each day. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform must run under all versions of Windows from Win 98 up
