Hi there, We intend to build a company that will serve as a single interface between corporate clients and independant consultants that will be part of our network. To do this, we will need a web site that allows us to: 1. Advertise our company and offering 2. Act as our database of consultants 3. Act as our database of clients We will therefore have public contents and private contents (to be accessed by us, by our consultants and by our clients). In order to publish a formal RfP, we are hesitating between two approaches: 1. A "classic" approach where we would publish very detailed specifications of what we want 2. A more "agile" approach, where we would provide base needs and work iteratively with you Once we have decided on which approach we choose, we will publish a formal RfP. At this stage, we are therefore asking you to provide us with a general description of how you would approach such a project: how you would work with us, how you would charge, etc. Of course, the quality of this pre-proposal will be a part of our selection process for the final proposal.
