Antivirus application software

I would like developed an antivirus application software. Ideally it will be used with a very regularly updated virus definitions engine, the definitions will be updated every time by small incremental data files whenever there are new virus or any threat outbreaks. This software should scan virus on the following : Memory, hard disk, Email [Incoming/Outgoing [pop3 , imap, smtp] ]. And if possible the following traffics too : HTTP, FTP, Instant Messengers etc., Any infected files from the hard disk should be alerted and given a choice to delete, clean etc., Any infected email should be marked in the body or subject and there should be a possibility to delete the email too. The software should work with all standard email clients like Outlook, etc., The system should be proposed using the best technique, and a heuristically Antivirus which scans and if a virus changes some files, you will now immediately. The software should try its best to detect new viruses easily. The system should have parameters to change its language, and many other common functionalities, for example the user of the software can select some default settings where he/she can set the system to delete the infected emails etc., Some of the Antivirus software that are available today in the market are NOD32 and QuickHeal, we need our system to be similar to this as a simple software. Where there is a new virus in the wild, there should be a system to create new anti-virus definitions for such new virus with easy steps. We are looking for coders who have done anti-virus type of coding before for this project. The coder can propose any industry standard technology to develop this software, but the software should not be bulky, and light weight, but strong protections. The coder or Coders should support this product promptly for minimum 1 year, we can also negotiate on a partnership or monthly based payment for the coder.
