Require someone to fix our email in SugarCRM to talk to our exchange server.
Handy Notes:
>SugarCRM is hosted on a shared web server
>SugarmCRM is Version 5.5.1 (Build 1202)
>Exchange is hosted on a different server, private network.
>this used to work!
>Error message when attempting to setup email:
“Certificate failure for [login to view URL]: unable to get local issuer certificate: /CN= [login to view URL]
Please check your settings and try again.”
Also need to ensure access to exchange is limited to Sugar (not completely open to internet), either host based blocked or on local Billion ADSL router.
