Develop Auto Submission Tools - Article, Video, Blog, Social Bookmark, Wiki, Podcast, Document Submission Tools

I am looking for a developer to create tools that can automatically submit articles to article directories/blog/press release/document submission sites, videos to video submission sites, wiki sites, podcast submission sites, livecasts (iTunes, Chromecast, Amazon) and updates to all major social bookmarks. Will consider using an existing tool and customizing it to fit my requirements. The tool(s) should automatically post/upload content/videos to the top submission sites for each (I can provide a list, as well as account info for the ones I already have accounts for). - Must provide a solution that includes the minimum amount of steps for me to upload to all of these types of sites. - Must include instruction on how to change passwords within the script/tool - Must provide a way to add content, video, keywords, tags, short description... - A bonus is you can provide a way to track the success of the posts
