Project Description:
Summary---This software will keep track of points and has client interface which client can check their account from browser on internet to see how many points they have. The administrator side can add and subtract points from clients account , create clients-passwords etc. The clients be sorta by administrator to who has the most points, most active etc. Administrator can customize the awardinof points based upon a percentage of the sale;. Basically its a accounting system for points customers earn that can be input by the adminstrator of the system when card is presented.
REQUIREMENTS
Administrator/Admin User Section
1) Client
a. Create New Client Record and assigning barcode to member from loyalty card given to specific member. Function should be avaialable to assign a group of cards to a customer company.

2) Setup
a. Application Basic things related with application can be managed from this screen.
b. Homepage Homepage content can be managed from this screen. We will make GUI but we need a draft no graphics.
c. Admin Users Multiple Admin Users can be added from this screen

3) Mailing
a. Create New From this from screen to allow e-mailing of customer balance / or saved for further use.
b. Mailings Archives Created Mailing will be displayed in this list they can be used to send emails to all users. Bulk emailing.
b. Transaction List This will give summary of transactions taking place in system.
4) Transactions This section can be used to actually key in the transactions in system or you can say entry point for swipe in card details. Admin User I one who will add/substract points for any individual patient.
Client (Patient) Section
1) HomePage This will display the content added through admin CMS
2) Account Setup From here client can manage their profile details and change password.
3) Statements Here client will be displayed with the transactions which are registered in system for them and summary of their points.
