Cross browser testing of wordpress site

I need someone to review each page of [login to view URL] and test the site in IE7, 8, 9. It looks great in chrome, but i am having problems with IE7+. I need someone to review each page and make edits to site so everything looks good in IE, 8, 9. I need someone to work on this NOW. I will pay you by the hour and provide a bonus if I am happy with work. I need this work performed TODAY, NOW!!!!! We need to at least finish the home page, [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] page TODAY. All other pages/fixes can wait until a later time, but I am very fair with $$ and will pay you by the hour with a bonus.
