Counter Strike Source Anticheat

I need a counter strike source anti cheat coded that can connect to my database and retrieve and add information and also a server side plugin that can connect to a master server and be added to a list to be retrieved and added to the anti cheat gui for users to join and see information about. also for reference i need it to be very very similar to the esea anti cheat only not exactly.
