custom osc mods

Need a custom module integration for oscommerce based store that will allow a user to select a graphic from a seperate catalog site and add text if they want to for an embroidery website. We also need a way to communicate back and forth with the customer with the customer having options to approve, reject, or approve a design with comments, after seeing an email or logging onto their account and seeing a scanned sample.
