autosurf site needed

i want an autosurf website with unique and latest features which are now in the autosurf world. My requirement:- 1. Flash or animated Header 2. Interactive buttons 3. home,signup,member,FAQ,rateus,forum,contactus 4. News Bulletin ( scrolling left side ) 5. Customize member page 6. Forum ( PhpBB at the moment i guess ) 7. Seperate expired date for seperate upgrades. Normal script will just increase the expired date if you purchase before expiring. 8. member able to withdraw cashout everyday as we are going to held a minimum payout daily. if possible,can u do this, [login to view URL] plans that can be set from the admin area. ie. plan 1 = 5% if upgrade is between 5 - 100 dollars, 7% if upgrade is between 101 - 1000 etc.... 10. Custom cashout/cashout manager. ie. when a member submits a cashout request, that request automatically goes to pending in their history. The admin area will show the date of the request, username/# , email etc.... 11. Members will be able to purchase advertising/credits via the members area. 12. No bugs in commission system.
