Custom Email Website like Gmail etc

Hi, I need to create a email service similar to gmail, but better. Better is not necessarily more functions, but less. You can start with a paid or free open source script and modify it according to my needs. This will be a paid service, not free. More will be discussed with programmers that show interest and reply to my questions below: 1. What is your experience and area of expertise? 2. How creative and innovative are you? 3. Have you done websites like what I am looking for? 4. What features do you think can you implement that will be the next generation of email? This has to be THE best email service on the internet. Do not submit a generic reply. It will not be responded to. You need to explain your vision, express your interest and answer the questions above. Also give an estimate of time and money NOTE: I am aware of all the scripts that are available on the internet for a very very nominal price. So you will not be coding anything from scratch.
