Books hosting like on Scribd

Hello. I have a website and use to display books collection like a library. I get them from scribd. Now i want to build an independent library which can work in same fashion as scribd. 1-I need a software through which i can upload ebook and documents to my website 2-It should support all formate of texting like pdf,office word etc 3-it should be custumizeable like colour width height width etc. 4-It can host upto 5,000 books 5-It can check copy rights of ebooks 6-Above all i simply produce a html code to which i can upload n my [login to view URL] other words it should be easy drag and drop system. 7-also offer some other features.
