Auction Site Idea for 2012 - Reposted

Hi, Looking to do an auction site for 2012 for new client. Would be similar to ebay or other similar sites and have I the script just not sure how to install and update and edit things, if you do let me know and we can strike a deal and have an ongoing relationship as it would need maintaining on a weekly basis thank to another person wasting my time and since having there account (one of there many accounts apparently) closed on freelancer this is open again. i have had some sample done for the money i paid out it was pathetic but at least an idea that was on the right path price is going to have to be reasonably cheap as it is for another client and i am doing work on this project also all apart from the scripting that i do not do well All bids welcome. no milestones sample must be provided paymwnt is guaranteed i cannot throw more money away on this project take it or leave it those are my terms thanks for understanding.
