ACL for kohana php framework

We want a PHP developer experienced with Kohana Framework to develop an ACL extending the Kohana AUTH module. The ACL should have permissions for each user role and each user role can have many users. I need functions to add, edit and remove permitions for each user role and functions to find if a user have the permissions to do several things. In example: if($this->auth->has_access('blog', 'edit')){ //do something }else{ //do something else } The project is very small, easy and i need it as soon as possible. Any suggestions for more features are acceptable... Please don't give me any of the already made ACL for Kohana like the Zend Framework ACL intergration, is not what i want. Please in the PM tell me about your way to do this and the more features you suggest... Good luck!!!
