Big Picture: The Project involves creating a series of dynamic websites for an organization to use based on a common template, so that it's members can manage 3 types of lists. Each dynamic database driven website allows for end users to search the lists associated with the list data particular to an Admin and Sub-Admin structure. Some Detail: There are 4 level of users Super Admin (user/pass) Site Admins (user/pass) Sub Admins (user/pass) End User (public) The Super Admin creates Site Admin accounts. The Site Admins, create Sub-Admin accounts for their The Sub-Admins manage their own info and list data The end user searches the data of a particular set of Sub-Admins I'm looking for a coder who can ask the right questions to show me that they grasp the idea behind the website project and that they understand the scope of the project. In addition, I want a coder who will suggest what other elements need to be incorporated into this project that I've overlooked in order to make it successful.
