build site like vinefire.com please with a good admin and acouple other changes

I would like a website built and installed like [login to view URL] with some changes being made. I would like it to be? built on a? paypal cash system.? with an excellent admin area where i can control all aspects of the site. With the background of the site being black and the links being done in chrome or platinum color. If i could control the colors of the links from the admin that would be really cool. I would like to be able to sell upgrades for icon packs which can be used instantly after a paypal payment.? Plus a monthly fee to list x amount of links a day? and a one time? upgrade to list unlimited links every day otherwise free members will be limited to posting x amount of links per day. with the upgrade costs and number of links that can be posted in a day controlled from the? admin area. I would like it to have a referral system that I can set up payout for? referral bonuses and how much they get for clicking on a link from the admin area also away to email members that is can spam compliant. With a way to back up files and data base from admin area. The members will have to? verify their email addresses at sign up and fill in a capta plus agree to terms of service to signup. Members will only be paid for referral bonuses and clicking on url links only.? no mlm system offered. no auto payout offered I will handle payments manualy? I would like? a feature added to the? script that is in use by the website at [login to view URL] I would like to sell sponsored links that repost automatically every x amount of hours at top? of list? where i can set how often they repost, the length? of sponsorship in days? and the price from the admin area. with the ability to offer three packages that they pay for through paypal and can use instantly after payment.? I would like a special admin account set up that I can enter up to 100 ads into and specify how often they auto repost ? with a pause between reposting each ad if possible be real nice if I could control the pause between? each ad being reposted. One last thing is members must fillin a capta to post links to site. I would like to be able to turn off and on this option in the admin. Unlike [login to view URL] I don't want people to? have to sign up to click and view a link. ## Deliverables I will provide you with the graphics for the icon pack. Please I really need this site to be a nice looking finished product. With very easy navigation and large font but not huge much like vinefire.
