Managed C++ Wrapper to Extended MAPI APIs

The goal is to develop a mixed-mode managed C++ interop layer to all the MAPI and Extended MAPI contracts and types that participate in realising a Message Store Provider, and Transport Provider. All public API members MUST be CLI Compliant, allowing usage in any .net language. Code must be fully and clearly commented in English. ## Deliverables Please fully read the attached documentation to clearly understand the requirements.
