Custom Sidebar on Wordpress Page & Fix broken pictures on posts

Need to add a custom sidebar template to wordpress that I can use when creating pages. Also, Some of the posts that I have on my site are not showing the pictures that should be there for the page. You can see what I'm talking about by going to? [login to view URL] ## Deliverables I just want a simple sidebar template that I can choose when creating pages. I have a picture that I would like to add to this sidebar that I have attached to this work request. Also I am not sure what I did to create the problem with the pictures but I was trying to add a sidebar template and edited some of the template files that comes with wordpress when it happened.
