Create Wordpress 2.6 compatible template based on existing flash website

Based on [login to view URL] create a Wordpress 2.6 compatible design template. Although the above mentioned site is built using Flash, the Wordpress template should not use flash. The intro found in the above site is not to be included in the template. The varying background on different pages in the above site are not to be included in the template (i.e. same background on all pages). The scrolling of text within a "frame" on the above site are not to be included in the template. The top level menu on the above site will be replaced with the "pages" created in the Wordpress blog. There will need to be a right hand column which interacts with the Wordpress "widgets" etc. ## Deliverables Please find some graphic material attached.
