Camera app for Windows Mobile(repost)

I’m looking for someone to write code to these specs: 1. MS Visual Studio 2005, Win32 Smart Device, Windows Mobile5.0 Pocket PC project - for HTC Touch Diamond and for Samsung i900 Omnia 2. Enumerate and open phone camera (direct show) 3. Make the preview data available for internal processing 4. Draw the processed frame to the screen. 5. Develop functionality of 4 differnet buttons 6. ZOOM BUTTON x 2 --? Zoom in/out 7. FOCUS BUTTON -? cange focus (write containing function to show that? it's working by focusing on one of areas? on the screen) 8. FLASH BUTTON - toggle? fash on/off (for Omnia only) 9. CAPTURE button will save photo 10. DONE button will close the app Coder should provide source files and .CAB file that works on HTC Touch Diamond and on Samsung Omnia.
