CVTD Form Additions & Repairs

We need to add an email function that sends the comment in an email to certain addresses. [login to view URL] are getting a lot of form spam so we need one of those validators to avoid that. 4. We need a date stamp on submittal 5. Some of our search categories are not working. Thanks
